لَكَأَ, aor. ـَ
لَكَأَ بِهِ الأَرْضَ He cast him upon the ground. (AZ, Ṣ.) [See زَكَأَ, and لَتَأَ.]
لَكَأَهُ He prostrated him. (Ḳ.)
لَكَأَهُ He gave him the whole of what was due to him: (Ḳ:) like لَفَأَهُ. (T.)
لَكِئَ, aor. ـَ

تلكّأ عَلَيْهِ He excused himself to him; he pleaded an excuse to him. (Ḳ.)
تلكّأ عَنْهُ He was slow to do it; delayed to do it; (Ṣ, Ḳ, TA;) excused himself, or pleaded an excuse, for not doing it; refused to do it, or abstained from doing it. (TA.)
