جَمُوشٌ
جَمُوشٌ, applied to نُورَة [q. v.], That removes hair; (Ṣ, Ḳ;) as alsoجَمِيشٌ↓. (Ḳ.)
Applied to a year (سَنَةٌ), † That shaves off, (Ṣ,) or nips, shrinks, shrivels, or blasts, [lit., burns, see أَحْرَقَ,] (Ḳ,) the plants, or herbage. (Ṣ, Ḳ.)
جَمِيشٌ
جَمِيشٌ, applied to the pubes, Shaven, or having its hair removed, (Ṣ, A, Ḳ, TA,) by means of نُورَة [q. v.]. (TA.)
Applied to a place, † [Shorn of its plants, or herbage; or] having in it no plants, or herbage. (Ṣ, Ḳ.)
